Standard Care Member – $55/month

A smart entry plan for cost-conscious owners.

Shop labor is covered, subject to annual repair caps. Members receive a 50% discount on call-out, pick-up, and delivery fees, with those fees reduced to $0 for vested members. You'll receive full access to the Owners Portal where you can add your cart, submit service tickets, and request callouts online — no more phone calls required. Parts are paid by the customer at standard cost, and scheduling priority is standard.


Total Care Member – $99/month

Our most popular plan.

Both parts and labor are covered, subject to annual repair caps. Members receive a 50% discount on call-out, pick-up, and delivery fees, with those fees reduced to $0 for vested members. Owners Portal access is included so you can manage your cart, submit tickets, upload photos, and request service online. Scheduling priority remains standard.


VIP Care Member – $149/month

Maximum convenience. Maximum priority.

Parts and labor are covered, subject to annual repair caps. Members receive a 50% discount on call-out, pick-up, and delivery fees, with those fees reduced to $0 for vested members. Owners Portal access is included for seamless service management and service ticket history record. VIP Members receive expedited repair priority and access to a complimentary loaner cart based on availability.


How Coverage Builds Over Time

For monthly members, protection increases each year.

In Year 1, up to $500 in covered repairs.
In Year 2, up to $1,000 in covered repairs.
In Year 3, up to $1,500 in covered repairs.
By Year 4, you become Fully Vested with unlimited covered repairs, as long as payments remain current.

This structure rewards loyalty and long-term ownership.


The Smartest Option: Prepay & Save

Members may prepay for one, two, three, or four years.

When you prepay one full year or more, you receive a 10% discount on the prepaid amount. Your pricing is locked in, and you accelerate your path toward vesting.


Full Vesting — Maximum Protection

When you prepay the full four-year term upfront, you become Fully Vested on day one.

Fully Vested Members receive unlimited covered repairs with no annual caps. There are no pickup fees, no delivery fees, and no call-out fees. Your rate is locked in.

There is no waiting period and no gradual build-up. You unlock the strongest protection immediately.


What Is Covered

The Total Care Program covers worn or broken parts for eligible carts. Cart eligibility is determined by your TCP advisor and requires a successful pre-coverage inspection.

Excluded items include tires, windshields, and chargers. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, improper charging, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

All carts must pass inspection prior to coverage activation.

Inside your portal, you can view your complete service history, review every repair performed, read technician notes, upload photos or videos of concerns, and message directly on open service tickets. Your cart's history is permanently stored and professionally documented so nothing is lost.

If you own more than one cart, you can add multiple carts under one account. Each cart maintains its own service timeline and documentation.

From your portal, you can submit service tickets anytime, upload photos or videos, request a call back, request text communication, and track repair status in real time. There is no waiting, no confusion, and no back-and-forth.

When you sell your cart, the service history stays with it. When the new owner creates an account and enters the cart's serial number, the complete documented service history transfers automatically.
